Want to get your foot out the door and into the running world? This challenge will gently introduce you to the world of fitness and running. Before you start, you should already be able to comfortably walk for 60 minutes. At the completion of the program, you can complete a 5k time trial or race to check your fitness level and decide if you would like to work with one of the Hardloop coaches for intermediate/advanced training programs more specific to your next goals. This is your chance to get healthy, lose some weight, and feel better!
